Clinical Expansion
One of the primary goals of the VHN is to assist UT campuses and healthcare providers to create and establish new opportunities to provide clinical care around the state. These expansions can be with new clinical partners, or can increase capacity between already existing services lines, or can even be created on an intra-campus basis. Anything that can be done to leverage technology to improve access and quality of medical care provided by the UT campuses is available for consideration. The VHN staff can provide both funding for technology, as well as management and training for such projects. If you would like to discuss an idea for a potential new service, you can contact us.
Project ECHO & Telementoring Cross Campus Work Group
The VHN is establishing a cross campus group of subject matter experts in Project ECHO and Telementoring. The group will act as a resource for those wishing to expand in these areas, as well as incubator for expansion ideas and plans. Interested in learning more? Contact us.
